The Anchored School is looking for a Christian Faith-Based Teacher to join our team and work with children ages 4–5 years old.
We are seeking a caring, responsible, and enthusiastic teacher who is passionate about working with young children and creating a loving, faith-centered learning environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating a nurturing and engaging classroom environment
- Teaching age-appropriate academic and developmental activities
- Incorporating Christian values and faith into daily learning
- Supporting children’s social, emotional, and spiritual development
- Maintaining a safe, positive, and organized classroom
- Communicating professionally with parents and the school team
Ideal Candidate:
- A strong Christian faith and commitment to Christian values
- Experience working with young children preferred
- Patient, caring, and dependable
- Passionate about early childhood education
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills

We focus on core academic skills through mastery of reading, writing and math. Using the socratic method we hone critical thinking and speaking abilities which are utilized through hands on projects.
